Go to [Gitea Token Settings](https://gitea.app.monadical.io/user/settings/applications)
Click "Generate New Token"  <<<<< SHOULD BE REMOVED
Give it a name (e.g., "InternalAI Setup")
Select the repo scope
Click "Generate Token" and copy it
Enter the token when prompted by the installer
