fix: deploy frontend to coolify (#779)

* Ignore act secrets

* Deploy frontend container to ECR

* Use published image

* Remove ecr workflows

* Trigger coolify deployment

* Deploy on release please pr merge

* Upgrade nextjs

* Update secrets example
