feat: add Jitsi configuration settings

Add comprehensive Jitsi Meet configuration settings to settings.py
following the same pattern as WHEREBY settings.

- Add JITSI_DOMAIN with meet.jit.si default
- Add JITSI_JWT_SECRET for JWT token signing
- Add JITSI_WEBHOOK_SECRET for webhook validation
- Add JITSI_APP_ID, JITSI_JWT_ISSUER, JITSI_JWT_AUDIENCE for JWT configuration
- Follow consistent naming and typing patterns
